Bone Density Process

All equipment is refurbished to meet OEM specifications.

Our refurbish process focus's on 3 main areas:

TECHNICAL:

• Remove all cover panels
• Inspect all hardware (boards, buttons, and knobs)*
• Verification and calibration of X-ray tube* Reloaded X-ray tube available
• System is fully assembled and tested
• Upgrade software computer
• Eight quality assurance tests are performed to verify full functionality to OEC specifications

ELECTRICAL:

• A complete electrical safety check is performed
• Inspection of cords, wires, and electrical components, including power source

COSMETIC:

• Inspect all panels, covers and outer shell
• Entire system disinfected cleaned
• Equipment is primed, sanded, and re-painted
• New LCD monitor new printer

Calibration report, system pictures, and QA reports are included with each bone densitometer.

*During inspection process parts are replaced if necessary
