C-Arm Reconditioning Process

Our refurbishment process starts with the best quality used equipment.

We focus on three area's during the reconditioning process:

TECHNICAL:

• Remove all cover panels Inspect all hardware (boards, buttons, and knobs)*
• Verification and calibration of X-ray tube*
• Reloaded if needed Inspection and calibration of Image Intensifier, Electrical Motors, and CCD Camera Lubrication of all bearings

ELECTRICAL:

• A complete electrical safety check along with diagnostic verification is performed to make sure equipment is operating to OEM specifications
• Inspection of cords, wires, pins batteries*

COSMETIC:

• Inspect all panels, covers and outer shell
• Entire system disinfected cleaned
• Equipment is primed, sanded, and re-painted

Complete service report and FDA report included with each C-arm.

*During inspection process parts are replaced if necessary
